It is a general size guide designed to provide
estimates. There are specific styles that are patterned smaller or larger than
the general retail size. Please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can give you recommendations depending on
the style you want.
It’s best to contact us to help with your size. If your bikinis don’t
fit, you may return your suits based our returns policy. Note that we only offer store credit and that the purchaser
shoulders all shipping costs.
All orders are shipped via DHL Express. You
can expect to receive your suits in 2-5 days after the order is processed.
Processing your order may take up to 24 hours.
You should automatically
receive an e-mail confirmation after placing your order. If you didn’t get one,
kindly check your spam folder. If you think you gave us a wrong e-mail address,
contact us and we will
correct it for you.
I tracked my order and status says delivered,
but I never received it. What should I do?
We double check all the shipping details of
your order and have carefully chosen our courier. In the unfortunate event that
your shipment is lost, you can contactus and we will help you look for it. Please note that Dodo Kinis is not
responsible for packages that are already signed for release, nor for packages
that are lost or stolen if the courier has cleared its delivered status.
Since we are a small start-up company, our
shipment volume is not enough to get large discounts from couriers. We do our
best to make our suits more accessible to all by shouldering a portion of the
costs ourselves. Rest assured, we are in active negotiations with our courier,
so do expect our shipping costs to decrease over time as the company grows.

We will
accept swimsuits that are unwashed and unworn with the tags and hygienic
stickers still in place. Final sale items may not be returned, exchanged, nor
redeemed for store credit at any time.
1. Email us (erica@dodokinis.com) within 15 days of receiving your suit letting us
know you want to return it. We will provide you with the return address and
details.

your suit.
3. We
will issue your store credit and send you a confirmation email after
receipt of the suit in its original condition.
Please allow us 1-3 business days to
process and approve your return request.
*Note: Shipping expenses will be
shouldered by the purchaser.

items of the highest quality, your order is inspected thoroughly before we ship
it. In the unfortunate event that your products are damaged, you can contact us within 15 days of receipt.

be held liable for any damage caused after the tags and hygienic stickers are
no longer in place..

Dodo Kinis are made from ECONYL, nylon
regenerated from plastic bottles and fishing nets. We also digitally print our
patterns to minimize waste in our production process.
